The program is published on the Festival’s website and tickets can be ordered through the website or, at the door if feasible. Every effort is made to ensure program details are correct, however details and prices are subject to change where necessary and without notice.
Please read these Terms of Sale prior to purchasing a ticket for any ticketed event presented by Bastille Day French Festival Inc. By purchasing a ticket to a Bastille Day French Festival event, you are agreeing to these Terms of Sale.

Whether you attend the free component or the ticketed components of the Bastille Day French Festival, all current Government directives and COVID safe requirements MUST be met. Please click here for more information.
Upon entry to any of the Bastille Day French Festival venues, festival goers agree to be captured by photography or video for promotional use of Bastille Day French Festival. It is also a condition of entry to a ticketed performance/conference that no recording or photographic devices are used, including mobile phones, which must be switched off prior to the beginning of the performance/conference.
Tickets Refund Policy
Tickets for our ticketed events are sold online prior to the event,or if feasible, at the door for the duration of the event (pre COVID). No refunds are available unless a performance is cancelled, re-scheduled or significantly re-located (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the re-scheduled or re-located event), and a refund is requested. Conditions apply.
1. COVID-19 last minute cancelation of events
If the event for which you have purchased a ticket is cancelled due to government restrictions, the Bastille Day French Festival will endeavour to move it to another date, either in the same financial year, or in the following year. You will be entitled to a voucher for the same event, or equivalent event. This is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
2. You are experiencing COVID-19 Symptoms.
You cannot attend a ticketed event if you are experiencing possible symptoms of COVID-19. In such instance, please contact us to organise an exchange to a similar event in the following Festival. For more information, see https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/coronavirus.
In both instances, refunds will be available upon request for those who demonstrate that they cannot attend the secondary dates. Refunds for tickets purchased by credit card will be refunded to that credit card. Tickets purchased by cash, cheque or EFTPOS will be refunded by direct EFT deposit. Auxiliary expenses incurred by you in connection with your attendance or non-attendance at an event, including a cancelled, rescheduled or significantly relocated event, will not be refunded.
Tickets Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only permitted to another performance of the same event, subject to availability. Any exchanges must be made at the original point of sale and will be subject to exchange fees, unless the exchange is as a result of complying with COVID safe practises or government health directives. Where an exchange is made to a less expensive ticket type or performance date, the price difference will not be refunded. Where an exchange is made to a ticket type or performance date of equal or greater value any additional cost plus the exchange fee must be paid at the time of the exchange. No exchanges are available within 24 hours of the performance time, unless the exchange is as a result of complying with COVID safe practises or government health directives.
